Welcome To My Portfolio

Hi! I am Isabel McGarvey, a dedicated student athlete at the University of Tampa, where I compete on the Women's Lacrosse team. I am graduating in May of 2026  with a  bachelors in Communications and Speech Studies. I am a 2024 and 2025 National Champion. I am confidently able to say I am a back to back national champion. Balancing academics and being on an elite team has shaped me into someone who thrives under pressure and will never back down from from a challenge, I simply step up! Since a young age, I have always been driven by growth and once I set my sights on a goal, I do not stop until I reach that goal. Whether that is on the field or off of it, I will show up with everything that I have. This portfolio showcases my journey, including my resume, an Industry Issue TED Talk, a Capstone Project reflecting conflict in the workplace, and some writing samples that demonstrate my skills.
